What I really wanted to connect with you for is to thank you.

Of course you would. That’s how you become number one.

But what we didn’t expect was how much personal attention you would give. We assumed that because you were so busy and with so many listings that after the first meeting we’d be seeing your assistant or trading emails. That was not the case. Your first phone call to “check in” surprised me in the best kind ofmway. You weren’t too busy for questions or to put our minds at ease after our conditional offer. And you didn’t stop working for us until that conditional offer firmed up.
