Skylar Norman is a Sales Representative with The Peggy Hill Team who is new to the industry, however, the prospect of working with buyers and sellers of agricultural and rural land is something that excites her. Skylar was raised on a farm in Egbert, Ontario and is passionate about the countless benefits of owning a farm in Simcoe County. Skylar’s passion for continuous education and caring personality provides her clients with a care-free real estate experience.

Skylar has competed in eventing with the Young Rider Circuit in Canada. At the age of 16, she competed in her first international competition followed by the Wellington, Florida competition series. Skylar has held various positions which required the ability to sell, both of which were different in many ways, but believes that while a career in real estate poses many challenges, being consistent and working hard will bring results.

Skylar’s parents first introduced her to real estate, as they have always had commercial and residential properties in Simcoe County. Their influence encouraged Skyler to pick up some books on the subject and pursue her education. Having completed the Humber Real Estate Salesperson program, she is exceedingly excited to join The Peggy Hill Team.

Skylar can be found reading, hiking with her dog Zoey or horseback riding when she’s not busy searching for her clients #hometostay. She spends occasional weekends at the cottage with family and friends, but is truly the happiest when she’s helping others. She looks forward to guiding her clients through the process with care and being an aid in making a big life decision.
