Brad Meadus is a valued member of The Peggy Hill Team who’s passion for helping people has always been his favourite part of being a REALTOR®. In addition to his enthusiasm for the world of real estate, Brad is also a proud Dad and Airline Pilot. When he isn’t selling homes or flying airplanes, he can be found spending time with his family, playing pick-up hockey on a backyard rink, or taking guitar lessons from his partner Erica. Fun fact: Brad is quick to bust out some dance moves and belt out fun renditions of “Paradise by the Dashboard Light”. Not quite your speed? How about a little bit of Journey’s “Don’t stop believin’”? Erica would tell you that it’s something you just have to see to ‘appreciate’, and he’ll encourage you to join in if given the opportunity to do so! As Brad says: “Time is the only true ‘currency’ that we really have…and we should be spending it doing the things that we love, with the ones that we love!”
In other news, Brad has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004 and has been presented with a number of RE/MAX awards over his career. He works with buyers and sellers and in the Barrie and North/West Toronto markets, having grown up in North Toronto and currently residing in Simcoe County. He now affectionately calls Springwater home.
Brad’s experience in the aviation and financial sectors has led to a powerful understanding of the importance of methodical planning and sound decisions to ultimately obtain his clients’ desired outcomes. He believes that his structured thought processes and systems execution when buying or selling a home are critical ingredients that make for being a great REALTOR®. Like he endeavours to always ensure the safety of his passengers and crew, he devotes the same level of energy to the care and protection of the best interests of his real estate clients.
