Michael Gleason Bio

Michael Gleason is a Broker and the Commercial Specialist for the Peggy Hill Team. His focus is on commercial transactions, leasing, purchasing and selling.

Michael has extensive experience in the Barrie business community. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and owned and operated a local pharmacy for over 25 years before selling it to spend more time with his family. Michael just couldn’t stay away from Barrie’s business community though and began serving on the Board for Gilda’s Club in Barrie before obtaining his real estate license.  Michael continues to donate his time to Gilda’s Club and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Royal Victoria Hospital. He looks forward to using his business knowledge to make new relationships as a REALTOR® in Barrie.

There are two places you can find Michael when he’s not working with his clients. Spending time with his wife Angela and his children Nickolas, Shauna, Elizabeth, and Mitchell or working on his golf game on one of the many area golf courses.

Michael’s roots in Barrie extend back quite a ways; his family has been in the Barrie area since the 1920’s! To Michael Barrie is at the centre of everything there is to do in Ontario. Nestled between the bustling big city of Toronto and the tranquility of cottage country. Even with all of Barrie’s amazing growth the city has been able to maintain its small town feel and that is what makes it such an amazing place to live.

Michael’s business background and charming personality assure his clients that they are in more-than-capable hands. Michael believes that independent businesses are the backbone of our economy and he is excited to bring his customer service skills and work ethic to the Peggy Hill Team.
