Brenda Wehmeier Bio

Brenda Wehmeier is a Sales Representative and Team Member of The Peggy Hill Team, who works with both buyers and sellers. Brenda’s professional, yet easy going attitude, and her passion for real estate translates into a wealth of knowledge and experience that she passes along to her clients. Her calm demeanor puts her clients at ease, and allows them to experience the fun and exciting parts of real estate while being assured they are in the best hands.

Brenda’s educational background set her up for a great real estate career. She received degrees in both Law Procedures, and Dispute Resolution and Negotiation Techniques from Ryerson University, as well as an Activation Coordinator Certificate from George Brown College. After working in the legal field following university, Brenda’s fervor for everything real estate became evident when she got into new home sales, and shortly thereafter obtained her real estate license. Always looking to further her education, Brenda has completed both Luxury Home and Global Property Specialist courses after joining Keller Williams. Brenda has been helping clients buy and sell their homes for over 10 years, and she couldn’t be happier!

Her passion for homes and real estate translates into her personal life as well; Brenda’s hobbies include gardening, decorating, cooking, travel and spending time with her daughter, her family and her friends. She is an avid reader and has even championed a book club with our team.

Originally a city girl, Brenda has lived in Barrie since 1998, “It’s a great community to bring up a family and is close enough to Toronto to get a fix when I need it.” Brenda has found great friends and community here in Barrie, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

“I wanted to write a note about the service we received with the search and purchase of a home for my mother-in-law & father-in-law this past May 2015. My father-in-law is a very difficult man to please. Since two out of his five children already live in the Minesing area, he decided that he and his wife did not want to live in Maple any more. He asked us to search for a home in the Barrie area not too far from where two of his children are now living in Minesing. His home in Maple Ontario was purchased from the builder in 1986. My in-law’s had a 2200 square feet two storey home. They wanted us to help them find a large open concept bungalow with a good size lot and 2 or more garages. Keep in mind that it had to be in their price range. With an 85yr old and an 82 yr old, you do not need to get them in a mortgage.
